Complaint/Grievance Process
Complaint/Grievance Process
The Board encourages community members to first share their concerns with the administrator best suited to address them. Bringing concerns forward early helps ensure they can be resolved quickly and at the lowest possible level.
While informal resolutions are encouraged, they do not change any deadlines in this policy unless both parties agree in writing.
If you wish to file a formal complaint, you may do so by submitting a written complaint form within the required timeframe. Even after starting the formal process, you’re encouraged to continue working toward an informal resolution. If your concern is resolved, you may withdraw your formal complaint at any time.
