The mission of the Instructional Programs Department is to provide leadership and support for research-based best practices in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development.
This department provides a challenging technology-enriched curriculum aligned with state standards along with district-wide assessments aligned with state standards.
Curriculum and Instruction also provides research-based strategies and methodologies to meet the diverse needs of students and also uses Response to Intervention protocol to monitor progress of all students. On-going professional development is provided for all instructional staff.
