A Texas Vaccine for Children Program Provider

Immunizations are available to students under 19 years of age, and who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • No health insurance
  • Has Medicaid coverage
  • Is an American Indian or Alaskan Native
  • Is underinsured — (1) Has commercial (private) insurance, but coverage does not include vaccines, or (2) Insurance covers only selected vaccines (TVF-eligible covered only), or (3) Insurance caps vaccine coverage at a certain amount. Once that coverage amount is reached, the child is underinsured..

No Charge for Vaccines.

You may contact your child’s school nurse for an appointment or more information.
